ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলীঃ

ভূমিকাঃ আপনাকে স্বাগতম, “ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট” অ্যাপে ও ওয়েব সাইটে। আমাদের এখানে বর্ণিত ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী (সম্মেলিত ভাবে, “ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী” বা এই “চুক্তি”) আপনার (অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী) এবং ফাইন্ড মাই এডভোকেট অ্যাপ কর্তৃপক্ষ এর মধ্যে একটি আইনী চুক্তি গঠন করে।

আপনি যদি নিম্নক্ত শর্তাবলীর দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন তবেই অ্যাপ / ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করুন অন্যথ্যায় রাজি না হলে অ্যাপ / ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার হতে বিরত থাকুন।

আমরা অ্যাপ / ওয়েবসাইট’টির যে কোন প্রকারের নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন কিংবা সংযোজন করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষন করি। আপনি আমাদের কাছে অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে এবং আপনাকে অ্যাডভোকেটের মক্কেল / আইনী সেবা গ্রহণকারী বলে গণ্য করা হবে।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে, আপনি নিম্ন লিখিত শর্তাবলী সুষ্ঠভাবে মেনে চলবেনঃ
১) এই অ্যাপ / ওয়েবসাইটের উদ্দেশ্যে কেবল আইনী তথ্যমূলক বিষয়বস্তু সরবরাহ করা এবং মক্কেলের         চাহিদার ভিত্তিতে আইনী পরামর্শদাতার (অ্যাডভোকেট) সাথে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দেয়া।

২) আপনি অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে একজন অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে বিনামূল্যে “কুইক চ্যাট” এর মাধ্যমে যে কোন প্রকারের আইনী প্রশ্ন করে উওর পেতে পারেন। “কুইক চ্যাটে” একান্ত ব্যক্তিগত কোন ছবি / অসৌজন্যমূলক কোন কথা কিংবা বক্তব্য প্রদান করিলে অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী রেজিষ্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

৩) আপনি কোন আইনী সেবা গ্রহণের জন্য, ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে কোন অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে মোবাইলে যোগাযোগ/চেম্বারে স্বাক্ষাৎ করতে চাইলে নির্ধারিত বুকিং চার্জ প্রদান করিলে আমরা আপনাকে অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দিবো।অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী যদি অ্যাডভোকেটকে বুকিং প্রদানের পর চেম্বারে স্বাক্ষাৎ বা মোবাইলে ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্য যোগাযোগ করিতে ব্যর্থ হন বা নিজ ইচ্ছায় যোগাযোগ না করেন তবে তার বুকিং বাতিল বলিয়া গণ্য হবে এক্ষেত্রে বুকিং ফী ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৪) আমরা (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট)  শুধুমাত্র তৃতীয় পক্ষ হিসাবে অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী মক্কেলকে অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দেই। কোন মক্কেল স্বজ্ঞ্যানে কোন অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ওকালতনামায় অ্যাডভোকেটকে মামলা পরিচালনা করার ক্ষমতা দেওয়ার পরবর্তীতে, মক্কেল এবং অ্যাডভোকেটের মধ্যে সংঘঠিত যে কোন প্রকার লেনদেন,চুক্তি,কার্যপ্রনালী কিংবা কোন সমস্যার জন্য আমরা (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ এবং ওয়েবসাইট) কর্তৃপক্ষ কোনভাবেই দায়ী থাকবো না।

৫) “ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ” ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে কোন মক্কেল প্রোফাইল ক্রিয়েটের ক্ষেত্রে ইচ্ছাকৃত কোন ভূল/মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রোফাইলে সংযোজন করলে সেটার জন্য শুধুমাত্র উক্ত অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী মক্কেলই দায়ী থাকিবে। এক্ষেত্রে মক্কেলের দ্বারা সংযোজিত মিথ্যা/ভূল তথ্যের জন্য কোন অ্যাডভোকেট কিংবা (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ কর্তৃপক্ষ) কোনভাবেই দ্বায়ী থাকিবেনা।

৬) অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে সম্পূর্ন নিজ দায়িত্বে এবং স্বজ্ঞ্যানে অ্যাডভোকেটের সন্ধান করে একটি সাক্ষাতের সময়সূচি নির্ধারণ করিবেন।কোন ক্ষেত্রে আইনজীবীকে সময়ানুযায়ী পাওয়া না গেলে কিছু সময় পরে পুনঃরায় যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করুন।ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে বিকালে/সন্ধ্যায় আবার যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করুন কেননা অ্যাডভোকেটরা সাধারণত সকাল ৯টা থেকে দুপুর ১২টা অব্দি আদালতের কাজে ব্যস্ত থাকে।

৭) আপনি একজন মক্কেল হিসাবে অ্যাডভোকেটের এর নিকট হতে (নো অবজেকশন সার্টিফিকেট/ অনাপত্তিপত্র) গ্রহণ করে অ্যাডভোকেট পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখেন।

আপনি (অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী) সুবিধার্থে একই সময়ে সর্বোচ্চ সংখ্যক অ্যাডভোকেট খুঁজে নিতে পারেন (যদি অ্যাপে একই বিভাগের একাধিক অ্যাডভোকেট থেকে থাকে)

আমরা আপনাকে পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি যে, সরাসরি কোন আইনগত সেবা গ্রহন করার পূর্বে অ্যাডভোকেটের নিকট হতে আইনী সেবা সম্পর্কিত এবং পরবর্তী আইনী বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করে নিবেন। এক্ষেত্রে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে যে, কোন অ্যাডভোকেটের সাথে আইনী সেবা গ্রহণের পূর্বেই সর্বপ্রকারের আইনী ফি ও লেনদেনের প্রক্রিয়া জেনে বুঝে সিদ্ধান্ত নিবেন, সেখানে (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইট কর্তৃপক্ষের) কোন যোগসূত্র নেই এবং তার জন্য (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ/ ওয়েবসাইট কর্তৃপক্ষ) কোনভাবেই দ্বায়ী থাকিবেনা। নিজ দ্বায়িত্বে উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলী সমূহ অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে স্বজ্ঞ্যানে পড়েছেন ও বুঝতে পেরেই (ফাইন্ড মাই অ্যাডভোকেট অ্যাপ) ডাউনলোড করছেন এবং একাউন্ট ক্রিয়েটের বিষয়ে সম্মত হয়েছেন।

Terms & conditions for to use:

Introduction: You are welcome in the App and Website of “Find my Advocate”.  Here of use of described using terms and conditions (“Collectively “using terms & conditions” or this “Agreement”, among you are the App user and Find my Advocate app does build one of legal agreement.

If you are complied to engaging with the following terms & conditions, then let to use App/website, otherwise if not to be agreed, then let to restrain from using of App/Website.

We  are to keep preserve the power to change or addition of any kinds of principles of the App/Website. You will be treated to us as an App user   and you will be treated as a client of lawyer/legal service acceptor.

We believe that you will smoothly be maintained of the following written terms & conditions:

1) To supply only legal information basis subject matter in view of App/Website and on the basis of demand of client  to be communicated with the legal adviser (advocate).

2) As you are an App user, with any Advocate in free of cost through the “Quick Chat”  after submission of any kinds of legal question and may be received of reply.

  In the “Quick Chat”, if there is given any kinds of personal photograph/any kinds of disrespectful word or statement, then App user  Registration shall be treated as cancel.

3) You for taking any kinds of legal service, through the Find my Advocate App, with any Advocate  if  is wanted to be communicated with any Advocate  in Mobile/wanted to meet in the Chamber, if is paid of fixed booking charge, we will be made you communication with the Advocate.App user if after given booking to the Advocate  is unable to meet into the chamber to communicate in mobile within 2 working days or own wish  do not make communication, then his booking shall be treated as cancel and in this case, book fee shall not be able to cancel.

4. As you are a client, from the Advocate  (No objection certificate) after taken does keep to change of Advocate.

5. As an App user, in fully of own responsibility and consciously after finding out of the Advocates shall be fixed of one of the discussion schedule. In any case, if the Advocate  is not found in timely, then after some times, let to try to further communication. In some of the cases, in the afternoon/evening, let to try to further communication. Because, the Advocate’s to keep busy in the court works since morning 09.00 AM to noon 12.00 PM
6. As you are a client from the Advocate  (No Objection Certificate) taken after keep reserve the right to change of lawyer.

You (App user) facility cause in same of time could be found out the highest numbers of Advocate (if the App in same Division of one more Advocate  if exists).

We  giving you advice that before taking any kinds of legal service, from the Advocate  legal service related and next of legal matters about shall be made of details discussion. In this case is specially mentioned that  already before taking any kinds of legal service with any Advocate , all kinds of legal fee and transaction process  will be known and understood and to be taken decision, where has no consistence of (Find my Advocate App/Website Authority)  and shall not be liable by any means.

Due to own responsibility have read out in consciously of above mentioned terms & conditions as an App user Advocate and have understood (Find my Advocate App) has made to download and complied about Account creating.
